Welcome to the web site of the Cramond Boat Club. The Cramond Boat Club has its Clubhouse and moorings at the mouth of the River Almond, only 4 miles from the centre of Edinburgh. The Club is situated in the attractive Fife village of Aberdour, on the north shore of the Firth of Forth. The harbour though tidal is an excellent base. For exploring the Firth and the islands, skerries and tides provide for interesting boating! The Club was founded in 1930. And has always encouraged boating of all kinds canoes, rowing, power boats and sailing. We have an active racing. The Club membership is just over 100 and runs very much on a self-help basis.
